"Learn with the intentions of teaching, and teach with the intentions of learning" To #levelup and to maintain the #growthmindset you have to have intention. It's hard to be intentional about anything without a #motivating goal. Make your #goal - the ability to spread the knowledge to your #team and your #professional #community. If you have the #selfdiscipline to stay committed to others, you will digest knowledge with greater understanding. While spreading that knowledge and incorporating your own #wisdom, #stayhumble and remember that every moment in life is a moment to #learn. No moment or interaction is below the value of you attention. "Stop and smell the roses", and #liveinthemoment with #intention. "Learn to teach, and teach to learn."
