Wow, what a week...what a team! The Global Seatbelt Development team got toghether to discuss about: the team. Building more trust, increasing collaboration and defining what success looks like were our main targets for the workshop. It was fun, it was challenging and it was rewarding! Most of all, it was different as it was not about specific projects or specific strategies, but it was about how each individual's strengths can contribute to the team's best performance and output, how we can and should better complement eachother and how we can support eachother to be a highly effective team. So we'll put all our strengths to good use for #Savingmorelives! On behalf of the team, I'd like to say a big "thank you" to all that made this possible: Dr. Panos Plegas, Gabriela Zancu, Alexandra-Elena Ungureanu and to Damon Reynolds for being the facilitator of the workshop, for his guidance and for his ledership.
