Another great example of how important early planning impacts a successful outcome. Thanks Christina for your outcomes driven leadership and making sure McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. renewable energy projects are good neighbors from an environmental standpoint. #mccarthybuilds #renewableenergy #texas
Our McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Cattlemen II team is fully committed managing stormwater and improving the site conditions for revegetation by managing topsoil, decompacting trafficked areas, prepping the soil for seeding, and seeding native grasses and pollinators. All of which has contributed to the vegetation flourishing and stabilizing the site! Kudos to Brett Baker Diego Garza Remington Doty, EIT Ruben Padilla-Ramirez for their focus on SWPPP and vegetation!

A fabulous assessment. Catchment partnerships can be a mechanism for scaling up delivery of landscape enhancement and adaptation and provide cross sector knowledge exchange.
Just as we need landscape-scale #naturerecovery, #water needs to be tackled on a whole catchment basis. Catchment partnerships have been around for more than ten years and it feels like their moment has come. This is the Ouse and Adur Catchment Partnership. The combined influence and reach of those present packs a significant punch. As we know, partnership is more than just talking (although that is a good starting point!), it’s about aligning organisational and personal priorities and working collaboratively. In short it should be transformational for the people, organisations and places involved. This photo was taken at the end of a lively meeting and we are all still smiling. Environment Agency, Ouse & Adur Rivers Trust, Lewes District and Eastbourne Borough Councils, Sussex Wildlife Trust, Sussex Local Nature Partnership, Weald to Waves, Southern Water, the Eastern Farmer Group and Adur Farmer Cluster and Love Our Ouse Project and, of course, rachel carless West Sussex County Council, South Downs National Park Authority #catchmentbasedapproach
