May I ask.....will you be balancing out your marketing strategy by including some feedback from Opal Healthcare's employees ? If you do, I would suggest you look up 'glassdoor', or 'seek', or 'indeed'. There are a substantial number of reviews relating to 'toxic' workplaces, 'bullying', and unaccountability by management. I personally think it is imperative that any prospective client of Opal Healthcare is fully informed on how some of Opal Healthcare's employees have been, and are still being treated. It is only fair. I know personally, that I would never ever give my business to a company who mistreats their employees. Prospective clients should be given the same choice. Be transparent with your marketing Awaken. Opal Healthcare promotes its values as 'compassion', 'accountability', 'respect', and 'excellence'. That is to the uninitiated.
