Why did we launch FXL in the first place?
Well, for a number of reasons. But based on what we saw in our experience with the Field Service industry, one thing was clear: the industry was going through a tough time. And things had to change if service companies wanted to thrive.
So we launched FXL as a basecamp of sorts. Through the FXL show, we could look at industry trends, gather insights on best practices and solutions from industry stalwarts, and help other service businesses thrive through Operational Excellence.
But we can't do this alone. At FXL, we believe achieving Operational Excellence in the industry is a community endeavor. And that means getting insights from all of you.
That said, big thanks again to everyone who's been with us from Day One! And if you're in the Field Service industry in any capacity, we'd love to get your thoughts.
