Dear Advisory Board and Management of RS Traut GmbH! 🌟
Waking up the morning after a long advisory board meeting and reflecting on it is especially fun when it was productive. The initiatives we started post the succession planning in September 2022 are finally starting to make sense, gain traction, and show results in the KPIs 📊. We've revamped the organizational structure, processes, and team, and our efforts in digitalizing production and HR are making significant strides 💪. We’ve also made some changes in sales today, with more to come throughout the year 📈.
We've added new skills with automatic soldering, which we can now offer to our customers for their pipe solutions 🔧. We've managed to form a team from the advisory board, with its wealth of experience, and the young management, that’s driven by the idea of constantly improving and pushing things forward. This spirit and attitude are what you need to achieve something great 🌟.
The mood in Germany and the political framework are challenging for a medium-sized company like ours. We're ready to take on those challenges. It feels like we’re just at the beginning, with lots of potential ahead. And this feeling is great because the upside and the hunger to unlock it are there. We want to grow – no, we want to grow big 🚀.
