In order to address the rising food prices in the country, Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has flagged off the distribution of 1,200 tonnes of maize palliatives and commodities to farmers in the state. It was gathered that the 40 trailers of grains, supplied by the Federal Government, had been distributed to poultry, piggery and fishery farmers across the 18 local government areas of the state. While speaking at the event on Monday in Akure, Governor Aiyedatiwa, emphasized the importance of implementing measures to address the escalating food prices in the country. His words: “Today’s programme is the first among the activities and initiatives lined up to make our State zero tolerance to food insecurity accompanied by massive modern agricultural interventions needed to catapult us to an enviable position in the comity of states. Hello everyone, we previously discussed some methods of milk adulteration in the first part, and here is the second part which contains a lot of important information. I referred to the book on liquid, concentrated, and dried milk from the Dairy Department at the Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University, in preparing this part. In conclusion, combating milk adulteration requires integrated efforts from all concerned parties. Through awareness and regulation, we can protect consumer health and enhance trust in the dairy market. My expectations are three pronged 1. R&D to better Seed 2. Linking Farmers produce to market effectively 3. Food Processing to boost to further increase its penetration in both domestic and international market for that all steps must be taken in
