The fundamental way out for the after-sales market is technological progress Paid repairs are not as good as free repairs. Free repairs - no matter how timely, enthusiastic, and thoughtful, are not as good as no repairs. Achieving no need for repairs depends on technological progress. Take the gear transmission/gearbox as an example. 1. With ZY super-multi-tooth meshing, the force on each pair of gear teeth is reduced by an order of magnitude. For example, if the load is reduced by half, the fatigue life can be increased by more than 2^6.2. The multiple reduction in stress is also conducive to maintaining the lubricating oil film under heavy loads. 2. Eliminate sliding friction with ZY rolling meshing, thereby eliminating the sliding meshing wear of the gear. 3. Improve bearing life; 4. Eliminate external circulation lubrication system failure; 5. Avoid lubricating oil leakage I will publish an article to further discuss these issues so that this comment is not too long.

However, fate had a different course charted for him. The unveiling of the Nigerian Automotive Industry Development Plan (NAIDP) by the federal government in 2013 marked a pivotal moment. The plan, featuring favorable tariff rates for importing vehicle components, coupled with the economic downturn that made imported vehicles unaffordable for many, transformed Ajayi's dream from fantasy to plausibility. After accumulating a wealth of knowledge and expertise during his six-year tenure in the industry, which included valuable experiences at Mercedes-Benz, Ajayi's vision for Nord came to fruition. Nord, an automotive venture he founded, was specifically created to cater to the needs of the Nigerian and African markets by producing high-quality, durable, and stylish vehicles. Drawing on his deep understanding of the industry and his extensive network, Ajayi carefully planned and executed every aspect of Nord's launch. From the initial design stages of the prototypes to successfully navigating through various regulatory obstacles, every detail of the process showcased his unwavering commitment and forward-thinking approach. Ajayi's dedication and strategic planning were evident in every phase of Nord's development, ensuring that the company was well-positioned for success in the competitive automotive market. The name "Nord"was carefully chosen by Ajayi during a Scrabble game brainstorming session. It represents more than just a random choice - it symbolizes strength and resonates effortlessly. “If you want to be successful, you need to make sure to solve your customers’ problems and help them save money” – An example of how to be successful as a supplier. In 2022, Paul Gustavsson, Group CEO of Vexve Armatury Group, told us an anecdote about how to gain the customers’ trust.  “When I worked at Arthur D. Little, we did an interesting project of analyzing what makes a subcontractor successful and evaluated the 100 largest Swedish subcontractor companies in automotive. Most profitable was a smaller sheet metal company that could boast a 25% margin. When you look closer at what made the company so successful, it turns out that the owner, who was a dedicated pilot, often flew to Gothenburg and visited Volvo with his prototypes. He discussed with his customers on-site and helped them solve their problems.
