A topic I am passionate about. The creativity and contribution that neuro divergent team members bring should not be underestimated. Our traditional education path under-rewards and recruitment processes can underestimate. Having different perspectives and approaches should be celebrated and encouraged.

NO COMPROMISE ON QUALITY🚫🚫 Gap Year Challenge Countdown DAY 4⏰️ There is always the pressure to meet a deadline. While that pressure does have its positives, it is crucial to ensure that we do not compromise on quality to meet a deadline. I know, it's easier said than done, but I think saying it is a good start🙂. It's better to deliver slightly beyond the deadline than to have to come back to something that should have finished. In preparation for the GYC this is something we should not forget. I'm not promoting sloppiness but it pays to always have a little wiggle room. #gyc #learningandgrowth
