𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆? 🔐 🚩Initiating an eLearning project is a bold move towards harnessing its remarkable benefits for your organization. Understanding its value is one thing; deciphering where to begin is another. As companies embark on this path, the pivotal question isn't just about starting—it's about 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁. 🔎 The cornerstone of any successful eLearning initiative is conducting a thorough 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀. This process is not merely procedural but the heartbeat of: ✅ validating your project's justification ✅ crystallizing expectations ✅ and pinpointing your audience's current performance level At the heart of this exploration are three essential questions: ▶️ What activities are your audience (employees/customers/partners) engaged in presently? ▶️ What outcomes do you envision for them? ▶️ What's stopping them from achieving these outcomes? In my experience, the hurdles preventing optimal performance fall into one (or a combination) of four categories: ⛔️ Insufficient Knowledge ⛔️ Undeveloped Skills ⛔️ Lacking Motivation ⛔️ or Not Enough Resources in their Work Environment Addressing these challenges requires a nuanced approach, especially when establishing 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, and 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀. The eLearning initiative must be carefully crafted to bridge knowledge gaps, build skills, inspire motivation, and supply necessary resources effectively. 📈💡 🎯 When setting eLearning goals, align them with overarching business priorities such as 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝘀𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, or 𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Your eLearning strategy should be flexible and varied to meet industry demands while focusing on enhancing performance and achieving business results. In developing these goals, the focus extends beyond simply 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 you aim to achieve to encompass 𝗛𝗢𝗪 you can reach these goals. It's about asking the right questions and aiming for impactful goals to transform educational visions into value, setting a path for your team, clients, and partners to excel. 🚀 #DigitalTransformation #LearningAndDevelopment #TechDrivenLearning #GlobalLearning #TrainingNeedsAnalysis

In this digital age, the knowledge business model is revolutionizing how we learn, earn, and create impact. Here's a breakdown of this new paradigm: Learning: • Democratization of Knowledge: Traditionally, acquiring knowledge often involved expensive universities or limited resources, but the knowledge business breaks down these barriers through online courses, ebooks, and webinars, which make valuable information accessible to anyone with an internet connection, regardless of location or background. • Personalized Learning Paths: The knowledge business thrives on niche expertise, which means learners can target specific areas of interest and build customized learning journeys. This personalized approach caters to individual needs and learning styles, fostering deeper understanding and skill development. • Interactive and Engaging Formats: Gone are the days of passive learning. The knowledge business offers interactive formats like online communities, Q&A sessions, and gamified learning experiences, which keep learners engaged and motivated, maximizing knowledge retention. Earning: • Monetization of Expertise: The knowledge business empowers individuals to transform their skills and knowledge into income streams. This allows them to share their passion while building a sustainable career path. • Location independence: Unlike traditional jobs, the knowledge business isn't restricted by geography. Knowledge entrepreneurs can create and sell their products online, reaching a global audience and earning from anywhere in the world. • Scalability and passive income: digital knowledge products like ebooks and online courses can be sold repeatedly without incurring additional production costs. This creates a scalable business model with the potential for passive income generation. Impact: • Knowledge Democratization for Development: By making knowledge accessible, the knowledge business empowers individuals in developing countries, which helps them acquire new skills, launch businesses, and contribute to economic growth. • Global Collaboration and Innovation: The knowledge business fosters collaboration across borders. That is, experts can share their knowledge with a wider audience, sparking innovation and problem-solving on a global scale. • Creating Positive Change: With knowledge, businesses can address critical issues like climate change, healthcare, and education. By sharing knowledge and solutions, knowledge entrepreneurs can create a ripple effect of positive impact in various sectors. The knowledge business model presents a paradigm shift that empowers individuals to learn, earn, and create positive change in a way that transcends traditional limitations. What a great time to be alive at this age. Wondering how to get started? Join us at knowledge business hub and let's change the world together using our knowledge or expertise . #gloriadove #knowledgebusinesshub #impact #education

🌟𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬/𝐒𝐌𝐄𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬🌟 As we move further into a technology-driven era, the importance of collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) in digital training initiatives cannot be overstated. Their expertise brings immense value, but here's the challenge: getting users' attention and keeping them engaged for longer screen times is harder than ever. This is where SMEs play a crucial role in visioning converting skills into learning experiences that don’t just inform but truly transform. SMEs, here’s what you should focus on when storyboarding eLearning or micro-learning modules: 🔑 Understand the Three Es of Micro eLearning: 1. 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬: When researching, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with information. But the key is to filter out the noise and focus on the essential content that sets the right context. Less is often more. 2. 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲: It’s not just about facts. Use stories, drama, or twists that grab attention and keep learners engaged. Engagement is the secret sauce to lasting impact. 3. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Ultimately, your learner needs to leave with actionable takeaways. Design modules that give them the practical experience to implement and innovate in real-world scenarios. SMEs must go beyond knowledge sharing to become storytellers, curators, and enablers of real skill development. Let’s create learning experiences that resonate, stick, and empower our teams to evolve. #eLearning #DigitalTraining #SMEs #MicroLearning #LearningAndDevelopment #SkillsTraining #Innovation

Is your L&D team constantly having to do more for less? When budgets are tight, it's even more important that learning projects hit the mark, but many L&D teams still lack the skills needed to prioritise, design and develop learning with impact. The CIPD Learning at Work survey 2023 reported: 'For most L&D teams, designing and delivering solutions is at the core of their business. However, less than a quarter strongly believe that they are skilled at this, and a third disagree that they are skilled at designing and delivering digital learning.' That's a LOT of L&D people who feel that they are not able to reach their full potential at the moment! If your L&D team is part of the vast majority who feel they don't have the skills to succeed, you can change that. Give them the skills to make an impact with our tailored L&D Evolution programme, facilitated by award-winning digital and blended learning experts. ‘The impact of [the programme] has far exceeded our expectations' - Head of Learning Design, Broadcasting Industry #LASLearningEvolution #Learning #digitallearning #skillsgap Video: A set of ten white and red pins in a bowling alley being knocked down in a strike by a purple bowling ball. The biggest training mistakes I see: ❌ Positioning marketing messages as learning objectives ❌ Designing training around platforms, not outcomes ❌ Rolling out one-and-done training The best training includes: ⚡ Clear and actionable learning objectives ⚡ Practical and accessible deliverables ⚡ Sustainability and continuous learning Don't let noise derail your training goals. The formula is simple: Clarity + Accessibility + Sustainability = Good Training #LearningAndDevelopment #TechnicalTraining #Sustainability
