Congratulations to Gero Hesse! Personalwirtschaft.de is honoring 50 HR thought leaders on the occasion of the magazine’s 50th anniversary. Among them is Gero. He “has built up an impressive HR marketing business”, the magazine says. If anyone deserves this honor, it is you, dear Gero. With a great entrepreneurial vision, you set the pace for an entire industry. You are a great Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA entrepreneur and you and your EMBRACE team are transforming the HR tech industry. More to come. I am looking forward to many more exciting projects and that we will continue on this path together. #GeroHesse #Personalwirtschaft #Entrepreneur #BertelsmannInvestments #EMBRACE https://lnkd.in/eBaymdfJ

Thank you so much for your kind words, Carsten Coesfeld. Super stoked to be on this list. But next to passion for "my" topic it has a lot to do with Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA's entrepreneurial corporate culture. Honestly, I don't know any other place where you can build a business coming out of a corporate HR function within the same organization. "Create your own career" really means something at Bertelsmann. Next to the culture I have to mention all the great colleagues, team members and executives along the way. There's too many to name in this post, but for sure Immanuel and you played major roles in different time slots in terms of getting the chance to develop and implement entrepreneurial opportunities within HR-Tech and Bertelsmann. So thanks for your trust! It is great fun to develop the EMBRACE family within Bertelsmann Investments and I am looking forward to our next steps!

Congrats, Gero! 👏👏👏

Gero Hesse herzlichen Glückwunsch und „more to come“ - ich freue mich drauf!

Great contribution! Like in nature: The cell functions and the cell development as particle, participant and holon depends on the outer (extracellular) matrix structure. Human technology... Personalwirtschaft Carsten Coesfeld
