3 Things To Look For In A Commercial Drain Cleaning Service Provider It is no surprise that a poorly maintained commercial building not only reduces employee satisfaction, but can also put your business temporarily out of business. This is why it is imperative to choose the right drain cleaning company to provide excellent maintenance services. Here are 3 things to look for. 1. Licensed And Insured: It is critical to your business only to employ a trained professional. This will ensure the safety of your building and its inhabitants. 2. Availability: Many times, emergencies occur after hours, or you may prefer to have work completed when employees are out of the building. This can only happen if the drain cleaning company is available 24/7. 3. Expertise: Look for a company with experience in complex drain issues. Their expertise can save you thousands of dollars. We offer drain cleaning in Santa Fe. Give us a call to clear your commercial drains! #CommercialDrainCleaning

Effective winter maintenance is about more than just throwing down some salt and calling it a day. It's about precision, care and a dedication to doing the job right. Sadly, we've seen our share of sloppy gritting jobs around the county. Salt piled in doorways, scattered on flower beds, thrown haphazardly against kerbs and buildings (it's enough to make a pro cringe 😬) But for us, cutting corners is never an option. Our team is trained to calibrate spreaders correctly, apply salt evenly and avoid causing damage to surfaces or structures. We understand that proper application not only ensures safety but also saves our clients money in the long run. That's why, even on quiet nights, our crew leaders are out spot-checking sites to ensure every job meets our rigorous standards. Because if we wouldn't accept sloppy work for ourselves, why would we deliver anything less to our clients? 🤔 #lincolnshire #gritting #winterspecialists #lincolnshirebusiness #healthandsafety #lincolnshiregritters #lincolnshirebased #wintersafety

Situation: A local sanitary line breaks under 30 feet of earth. Your toilets don't work and you are running a business with customers complaining, or you live down the road and now things are backing up and you don't know why. You are SOL. NOPE, just kidding. Your local utility contractor is called in to reroute the sanitary flow, cut the pipe install a new system and get things back working like nothing ever happened. But most don't see that part of things. They just know they can flush the toilets again the next day. #limitlessboundaries

With the evenings becoming brighter, it may seem like adequate lighting is less of a concern. However, the reality is that insufficient lighting on construction sites can pose serious dangers to workers and the public. Inadequate lighting can increase the risk of accidents, leading to injuries and even fatalities. Workers may struggle to see potential hazards, machinery, or uneven surfaces, which can result in trips, falls, or collisions. To address these risks, it is essential to prioritise proper lighting on site, ensuring that all work areas are well-lit, especially during early mornings or late evenings. By shining a light on the dangers of poor lighting on construction sites, we can work towards creating a safer environment for workers and the community. WOOD ON GLASS WEDNESDAY Welcome to our 'Wood on Glass Wednesday' series where we feature one of our Wood on Glass images and description every Wednesday! This image from William T. Clarke is of a cook standing next to a table set for at least 40 men inside the Hammersley Boarding House (Clinton County). Camp Cooks and Cookees could be women or men. Women were often employed as a cost savings measure and were family of the man responsible for hiring the camp crew. Cooks were responsible for making and serving all of the meals for the camp workers. The size of the crew varied from camp to camp and season to season, but it was not uncommon for the size of some camps to reach about 80 at times (sometimes larger). One estimate believes that a wood hick (lumberjack) would have needed to consume around 5,000 calories or more per day in order to sustain their level of work. This photo is also featured in the Diversity Research Study Report which is available on our website, https://lnkd.in/eta3j7Z7
