Exploring Experiential Hospitality in London I recently visited the spy bar at Raffles London at The OWO, a fascinating subterranean bar located in rooms once used by MI5, and I was truly inspired! It’s amazing to see how London’s hotel scene is evolving into vibrant hubs of experiential hospitality. The OWO does a beautiful job of blending its rich history with contemporary design, allowing guests to really immerse themselves in the story while enjoying expertly crafted cocktails.
