Just finished the course “Next Level Sales Leadership” by CRFT Productions and Mark Garrett Hayes! This training had some great tips. One of the tips shared is look to the future. * Where do you want to be? * What steps are you taking to get there? * Who do you have on your team that can be trained to take over your role? Your goal is to mentor your employee so when you are promoted, move on to another organization, etc., they can easily replace you and be set up for success. The 3rd bullet is one that I have seen some leaders struggle with the most. They fear training someone and being replaced. Why have that thought?
