Well, we did it! 6 days ago I told the team that we were tracking just below our November BFCM revenue, they set a target to beat it, and with a day to spare, we smashed it. What did we do? 1) We had a good day when we launched the summer sale, but otherwise the daily orders were similar to pre-sale. So, we added new lines and it gave us an opportunity to shout about the sale a little more. 2) Turned on a few Facebook audiences that had previously performed well but had been switched off because of a dip in performance, and they performed. 3) Increased number of re-targeting campaigns and budget to ensure we are making the most of the traffic. 4) BONUS: Today we are are doing an email sweep campaign to anyone who’s been on the site over the sale period but not shopped to “extend the sale” for 1 last chance.
