The Town of Orange Park is currently searching for the next Utilities Manager. The position requires extensive technical knowledge of all aspects of water, sewer, and stormwater utility operations and construction. Areas of expertise include operation, maintenance, performance, and efficiency of the water and wastewater plants, collection and distribution systems and stormwater management. Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and reporting is required. Manages the NPDES program for all storm water regulation within Town limits. Coordinates required meetings and inspections required for compliance including working closely with consulting NPDES engineer. The incumbent reports to the Public Works Director and manages the utilities and stormwater staff through the division leads.
