Taconic Partners understands the importance of flexible, well-designed research labs with effective infrastructure and services - but they also understand that the most successful and compelling places for science offer spaces for gathering, collaborating and growing. Great to see West End Labs lauded for it design and for its adaptive reuse of this building steeped in the history of innovation from an earlier time. Congrats to Taconic on “driving” such an exciting addition to the New York City Life Science ecosystem!

Today, WEL inspires the next generation of scientific discoveries and innovations.   “The charge was to make the building smart, attractive, and effective for potential tenants, to organize it for a variety of start-ups and accommodate them as they grow over time,” says Bill Harris, our Northeast regional director.
