When a senior shareholder from a company you recently left offers to serve as an employment reference, the concern associated with a green banner on your profile can indeed seem less daunting. It's important to recognize that job transitions, especially those occurring after a short tenure, can have various underlying reasons. For instance, my own experience includes a promotion to Assistant Director within just three months of employment and then a green banner three months later. It is crucial to consider the context of each individual's career path and not solely focus on the duration of their previous roles. Understanding the motivations behind job changes and the accomplishments achieved in a short period can provide a clearer picture of a candidate's career trajectory.
