Learning not everything has to go to plan. This week I learnt some valuable lessons in our Innovation Club (part of our core school program) on putting together a 45 minute session for 11-14 yo school students: 1. The time is extremely short to do everything my creative mind wants so breaking the lesson down even more to the fundamentals is key. 2. The school students that look the MOST disinterested can get the MOST into it and out of the task. These students may even try to stay behind the allocated time just to finish (this was a beautiful moment for us) 3. Winning vouchers isn't necessarily the best motivator for younger students. (Question: what do you think does motivate young students) 4. (The most important), Creative Tuition Collective has a brilliant dedicated, passionate team of university students, qualified professionals and volunteers. Special thanks to jasmin webb and Judith Desbonne. On the last point, after 3 years and growing from the team of 4 to 26 people, I have fully realised how valuable Creative Tuition Collective can be for everyone involved. It can be hard to know if what you are doing is the right thing or going to be successful, but reprogramming mind to celebrate small wins with the people around me has helped me keep going. We are building a community of determined, knowledgeable students and staff, who are more prepared to take on the world and change the community around them for the better. This will mean everything to me, to us, to our future. Keep spreading the word about Creative Tuition!

It was a blast! 🎉 We recently had a wonderful and engaging Summer Networking Event. Reflecting on last year's achievements with our colleagues, customers, partners, and friends was a true pleasure, and even more exciting was discussing the opportunities that lie ahead. It's inspiring to see the passion and energy of so many people in #Rostock and beyond, all working to make a positive impact. Special thanks to Vanessa Foser from AI Business School and Niclas Delfs from aighty-twenty, who shared a fun insight: If Evolve were an animal, AI suggests we would be a dolphin. Why a dolphin?
