Sales - I heard this quote “if your a sales guy you can sale any item, from cars to vacuums” The first thing that came to mind was dilution. If you don’t not know the product inside and out. You won’t be able to sell. Step #1 Study the product! In glass and glazing we are always learning there is so much to know regarding glass types, hardware, and aluminum systems.
