5moGreat tips! And all of it SO right. I think this is really important. As an out of state child and power of attorney, I also created laminated cards and sheets for my parents and their caregivers to give to emergency personnel and hospitals if they needed assistance with our contact information, PCP and specialist dr info, home caregiver information and allergies. They were in the house and in their wallets and handbags. They got great at just handing the card to emergency providers which was really helpful especially when there were a number of emergency visits.
