If you're new to mindfulness, try this simple exercise: Mindful Breathing. Find a Quiet Space: Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Focus on Your Breath: Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your lungs expand. Exhale Slowly: Breathe out through your mouth, noticing the sensation of the air leaving your body. Count Your Breaths: Inhale for a count of four, hold for a count of four, and exhale for a count of four. Repeat this cycle for a few minutes. Stay Present: If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to your breath.
