That's a _reactive_ solution to the problem of unaffordable #tuition, one which keeps universities dependent on wealthy donors. This country needs a _proactive_ solution, like universities learning to operate with leaner budgets instead of increasing expenses exponentially each year.

Fitting that Michael Bloomberg and co are doing this at Johns Hopkins home to the African American pioneer in heart surgery and where researchers sequestered runaway cancerous cells from Henrietta Laks and built an entire industry on them preserved down the decades in cultures around the world.
