This is exactly the kind of experimentation with personnel practices that we need. The rest of the US military fights in the 21st century, but uses Soviet-era and Soviet-style personnel practices. I expected that the newest force might have the flexibility to try changes like this. It will be mandatory for those in a Cyber Force in the future. The next step should be to allow completely separated service members to re-enter in whatever capacity the "hiring manager" wants, including at an elevated rank to reflect civilian experience. https://lnkd.in/eMsGU7qy
