I completed the PacketMaze Blue Team Lab successfully at CyberDefenders. During the lab, I analyzed a packet capture related to an employee of a customer suspected of insider activities. Throughout the investigation, I examined various aspects, including the FTP password, IPv6 address of the DNS server, domain the user was looking up in packet 15174, number of UDP packets sent from IP-1 to IP-2, MAC address of the system under investigation Adiitonaly, I discovered the camera model used for taking pictures, the server certificate public key utilized in a TLS session, the first TLS 1.3 client random for establishing a connection with protonmail.com, the country associated with the MAC address of the FTP server, time of a non-standard folder creation on the FTP server, and domain the user was connected to in packet 27300.
