Logos, colors, fonts, websites, copy, offers, packages, products, social media, Facebook ads, billboards... 😅 It's almost enough to give me a nervous breakdown at times! Q3, 2024- I missed quota for the 1st time ever. Here’s the hard truth for new reps: - Prospect or die. If prospecting goes down, risk to your pipeline goes up. - Busy work is quicksand. The less time spend selling, the greater the risk to your pipeline. - The more pipeline you have, the less you worry about uncontrollable factors pushing/icing a deal. - sales calls/emails have a compound effect. Gotta trust the process and do the daily trench work. - and so much more. At the end of the day, you’re more than just your number But that’s not to say you don’t have a lot of control. Hard work. Smart work. Every day. Every week. Do it and do it until the job gets done. Sales managers! what are your biggest pet peeves? I'll go 1st. When you hire a sales rep who promises he'll make a ton of sales. Only to be the lowest result sales person on the team. Bothers the hell out of me. I would rather a rep tell me out righ: "I'm not the best at sales but I want to learn." Compare to: "I'll be the best sales person your company has ever seen." I don't know about you but lying grinds my gears. So what is your biggest pet peeve as a sales manager? #salesmanager #sales #frustration
