As JGNIL is growing nationally, adding representatives and clients across the country, we are also strategically partnering with a marketing team to build out our platform and adding some veteran leadership as well to grow this thing right. I am happy to announce and welcome today the new President of JGNIL Operations, Jason Gilliam-Alexander! Leadership comes in many forms and Jason has been a leader on and off the court since his high school days at Oak Hill Academy and HOF career at Stetson University. As the President of JGNIL, Jason will oversee the standard operating procedures of our associates day to day activities, compliant practices with NIL state laws and direct contact with school NIL programs/collectives as we continue to provide education for student-athletes and NIL deals for our clients. Our growth with clients coast to coast requires a strong management team with effective communication amongst our reps, client base and Advisory Board. Adding Jason to our daily business activities in this role is another example of the way JGNIL is ensuring it is providing value to its clients through experience and knowledge that will benefit them greatly as we help them build their brand and NIL education. A certification from the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) is not an easy task. I have studied governance (failed one test!) of companies based on USA regulations and best practices and appreciated how they apply globally, and size doesn't really matter on the below topics: - ESG - Environment Social and Governance - Regulatory shifts and strategic implications - Risk Management - Cybersecurity - Talent Recruitment are all challenges on the agenda of the boards of any company, being public in USA, or medium and small size in Europe. RxPack being a pharma packaging company serving global, and local international companies is managing all of the above, by its teams, and with customers, supplyers and partners. #governance #ESG #globalchallenges
