Law school is stressful. Even if you enjoyed it and had a relatively good time (like I did), most law students experience episodic stressors (like exams). However, for some, that stress can turn into something more serious. 3L's are 40% more likely than the general population to experience depression and anxiety. We need to address the reasons why law school is stressful. But law students also need more tools to deal with the inevitable stress that comes with significant growth. That's why I'm thrilled to share this new tool that can help law students and legal professionals learn better stress management skills.
