We see your company pizza party and raise you a whole 3-day retreat! Last month, the entire Hive stepped out of the office and into a summer camp. We crafted. We canoed. We competed. And, most importantly, we reconnected as an entire company. Year after year, these annual retreats have strengthened the connective tissue between our team. We leave with a deeper appreciation, understanding, and sense of trust for one another. It’s why it’s been a tradition since 2015, and why we won’t stop them anytime soon.
