Here is famous Chinese chef Gao Xinyu, adapting Irish beef to a popular Chinese culinary dish in China.   Bord Bia's Chef Master event showcased grass fed beef from Ireland to participants in Beijing, giving them a deeper understanding of high-quality produce from Ireland.
