Bill Gates is interested in the work we’re doing, and he’s not the only one. We are honored to be featured in the Breakthrough Energy Summit #Innovation Showcase, where industry leaders are stopping by to learn more about our green steel solution. Great stuff Boston Metal . Looking forward to further updates as you refine the technology
Great to hear the shout out for you from Bill Gates in the opening plenary as well!
That’s really promising.. but back to basics that, is that steel affordable for the end consumers?
Congratullations Tadeu for the incredible journey from Boston Metal since 2018👏👏👏
It's amazing. Boston Metal is really big.
Congrats Tadeu! You're an inspiration for the new generation!
Parabéns, Tadeu! Não é qualquer pessoa que impressiona Bill Gates!

1moThe case for MOE over BF in steel making reminds me of the case for PCs over Mainframes in computing, back in the 80’s. It also reminds me of the rise of Microsoft vs the downfall of IBM in that same period. As such, the involvement of Bill Gates with Boston Metal is quite fitting… Furthermore, I think MOE might be instrumental in facilitating a future in which smaller, modular iron and steel factories become a very valid option. With MOE technology maturing and scaling up, and with green electricity (surpluses) becoming dirt cheap, this process will be a much more sustainable proposition than the classic BF-BOF route of steel making in giant industrial complexes.
