The strategy of promoting and training from within our organization is not merely a matter of convenience—it's a cornerstone for sustainable growth and success. PATRICIA ROMAN and Nico Burger are two of many trainees who are on this internal success path.
By choosing to nurture and advance our existing talent, we are not just saving on the considerable time and financial resources often associated with external hiring. We are also leveraging and further developing the rich knowledge base that our employees have built over their time with us. This approach not only accelerates the training process but also significantly enhances our operational efficiency.
More importantly, investing in our team members' growth and career progression fosters a culture of appreciation, belonging, and loyalty. It sends a powerful message that we value and believe in our people, encouraging them to invest their best efforts and creativity back into the organization. This mutual commitment lays the foundation for a thriving, dynamic workplace where everyone feels empowered to contribute to our collective success.
Let’s continue to champion the practice of recognizing and developing the potential within our teams. The benefits are clear: it saves time and money, taps into our existing knowledge pool, facilitates overall growth, and, most importantly, cultivates a sense of appreciation and loyalty that is invaluable.

To answer the question posed, there is light at the end of the development tunnel 🔦.
Sven Hoffmann and I are both looking forward to some robust discussion on this topic, especially how degraded (or contaminated) land fits into the mix.
If you're going we would love to say hi. Or, if you need help developing contaminated land, then reach out to either of us!

We are looking forward to a fantastic evening at the first of our Property Think Tank events at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney next Thursday 11 April.
Is there light at the end of the tunnel for the property development industry?
That's the burning question our keynote speaker David Roberts, panellists Rhys Morgan and Chris Duggan and property partners and co-hosts Bob Miljevic and Leanne Walker will seek to answer.
Here's a snippet of what's in store - as Bob says, it'll be a cracker!

It was a pleasure, as always, to join friends (old and new), industry peers, and a broad range of professionals for an event hosted by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. The convening consisted of a presentation and illuminating panel discussion, "Shaping the Future of Downtown: Catalysts to Ensure Success," both addressing Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation's recent research on economic disruption in Downtown Boston.
As one of the region's leaders in building construction, civil and utility infrastructure construction, and general contracting, particularly for projects with public or commercial outcomes, it's imperative that BOND Brothers, Inc. keep our finger on the pulse of these ongoing issues and their implications.
While Massachusetts, and specifically Boston, has experienced tremendous growth over the first part of this century, COVID fundamentally changed how people work and where people want to live and what worked for us for the first twenty years will not work for us for the next twenty years. Boston is not the only city that is facing this reality but we have to use this inflection point to reinvent ourselves by leveraging our strengths in education, health care and life sciences and finding new ways to ensure Boston and Massachusetts are affordable and family-friendly destinations for residents and tourists alike.
The Mass Taxpayers Foundation's full report, which I highly recommend familiarizing yourself with, is here: https://lnkd.in/d3qxq8_H and you can watch the presentation here: https://lnkd.in/dWeRFVA4
