Candidates should have a deep understanding of wine (preferably specializing in French wines), strong knowledge of mixology/bar programs, and experience managing high-level service programs on the floor. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the beverage program and service for the restaurant, so a strong service pedigree, passion for training & developing staff, and implementing systems for service standards is essential.
