With July 4th around the corner, many of us are gearing up for a well-deserved break.✨ But just like other clients and recruiters, some would worry about who will take care of things while they are out. Having your business on hold just because you're out of town is such a bummer. 🤔 We have several clients who comfortably plan out their vacations. How? by these 3 easy steps: 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 1: 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 🗨 Before heading out, they informed their candidates and clients about the vacation. Everyone knows that their VA will be the point of contact during the break. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 2: 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦✍ The client and VA went over all ongoing projects, ensuring that the VA had all the details and contacts needed. With a clear handover, the VA is confident to manage everything. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 3: 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞 🤓 The client set up automated email responses, directing inquiries to their VA. Smaller tasks were delegated to other team members, making sure no one was overwhelmed. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 4: 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 💪 With everything in place, our clients will be able to enjoy their holiday. Not working on missed deadlines or opportunities. Happy July 4th, everyone! 🎇 Enjoy the holiday knowing your business is in good hands. 🤝

Happy New Year! As we step into 2024, I wanted to share a thought that I've been pondering over the past few days. You might have noticed the absence of a customary New Year post from me on January 1st. This wasn't an oversight, but a deliberate choice to emphasize a powerful message: Every day is a new day. Every hour, every minute, and every second is a fresh start. We often get caught up in the symbolism of specific dates and times, like New Year's Day, to start anew or make significant changes. But the truth is, every moment holds the potential for new beginnings and opportunities. The sunrise of each day, the start of a new hour, and even the ticking of the clock into a new minute – all are constant reminders that we can start afresh, set new goals, and redefine our paths. Let's embrace this perspective not just as we begin 2024, but throughout the year and beyond. Let's celebrate every new moment as an opportunity to grow, learn, and move closer to our aspirations. Here's to treating every moment as a stepping stone towards our dreams! Wishing you all a year filled with endless new beginnings and achievements.

Seeing this inspiring post by an incredibly awesome colleague of mine made me reflect on many things, and I'd like to share them with all of you: 1. Make more memories: I was not able to utilize all of my leave credits for the previous year, this is a sign for me to travel more! 2. Work-life balance is the future: I am incredibly grateful to EY for giving me an opportunity to flourish professionally while having time to take care of myself 3. Take good care of your health: Going to the gym made me realize how good it feels to take care of yourself. And, it is a celebration of what your body is capable of doing! 4. Learning is an unending process: Last year, I had the privilege to work with amazing and incredibly talented professionals here at EY, and I can say that the impact on my growth was tremendous! Keen to continuously forge new connections for more learning opportunities! 5. Flexibility to ambiguity is a competitive edge: Last year, I had an opportunity to support multiple lines of services at EY. While the pressure was quite overwhelming due to the business' expectations, it gave me an opportunity to leave a positive impact to several areas within the business, and always have something with me that I can utilize as I embark to my next EY challenge. Starting on something new feels both riveting and intimidating, but the learnings and connections we develop makes the struggle worth it! How about you? What are your realizations this January? 😁
👧 Beginning of 2024 realizations: 1. Learning a new life skill is important regardless of age or life status. This year, I decided to get my own driver's license and enable myself to drive so that I can complete my errands independently and efficiently. 2. I need to travel more with my family so we can create memories. Since I became a mother, 3 years ago, I would always opt to stay at home. You know the feeling of how tiring it is to do other things apart from taking care of your own family and running the house? I then forgot that I need to bring my family to a new place where we can all relax and see the beauty of the world! 3. My wellbeing is very important to my husband and my son. I am the light of our home, so I need to be here for them when they need me (OfCourse they need me forever lol). Keeping myself healthy in all aspect is a very little investment for a very big and bright future we are creating, and I want to see it with my eyes. I am ready!!! 💪 How about you? What are your realizations this January?

How do you start the New Year? Resolutions? Goals? No matter how you approach the New Year, you have to start strong, make a statement, and stick to it. Or, you become more flexible in terms of what your year will work out. This year, I will celebrate two key milestones in February: Both in work and life. Everything else is flexible. Every year is a reboot. Have you pushed your reboot button, yet?

You will experience greater achievements in the second half of the year 2024 than what you had in the first half.
