For those wondering "how many offers is too many?" Interesting research from Promethean showing that the highest margins tend to be digital agencies with either "1-3" offers or "10-12" I've seen this validated with money twitter offers as well, where there's a no-man's land in the 4-9 offers range. Highest margins from having few offers tracks as well--when you focus on doing fewer things, better, you give yourself the opportunity to improve margins and fulfillment The 10-12 is interesting to me as well, in my estimation those agencies tend to have the foundation needed to expand services, but I'm curious about the bump in that range of # of offers
