I’m really excited about this one—finally announcing the launch of TalentSync! This platform is the result of countless conversations with recruiters at Withe-powered career fairs, including those at Northeastern University and Vancouver Startup Week. One thing we’ve heard loud and clear: data capture at career fairs is a barrier that slows down the process for both recruiters and students. With TalentSync, we’re removing those barriers: 👉 For recruiters: TalentSync eliminates the burden of manual data entry, integrates with your ATS, and delivers reporting and analytics to prove ROI on campus recruitment events. 👉 For students: Easily track the companies you connect with, ensure your resume isn't lost in the fray, and skip the frustration of hearing “apply on our website” over and over again. What excites me most? TalentSync lets everyone focus on what truly matters: building meaningful connections to find (or fill) that next role. Whether you’re hiring at career fairs or hosting an on-campus event, TalentSync makes the process seamless, efficient, and paper-free—and you can try it for free this career fair season. The best part for campus recruiters? When the fair ends, your job is done! Check out Withe's post below for more details and find the link in the comments to get started. Big shout out to Liam, Winnie, Olivia and the team for bringing TalentSync to life. See you on campus! :) #CampusRecruitment #HRTech #CareerFairs #TalentSync #Withe
