Like Limp Biscuit In late 90s… These jobs just keep rolling rolling rolling 😎 (At least I laugh at that lol) We bring you yet ANOTHER role on the Revenue team here at Time Doctor This time, it’s a Sales Engineer 🥼🪄 Also known as “solutions engineer” I’ll warn you… this isn’t one of those engineer-turned account manager roles, where you don’t own part of the pipeline or only work in the background never engaging with the customer You’re going to be In deep… Deep with the customer, with our product team, the AEs, and even some of our integrated partners like Genesys or Deel The role of the SE is one of crafting a solution based on the customer needs and partnering with the AE or the CSM to present and collaborate with the customer. The ideal person for this role has done this before. preferably, in HR Tech and workforce management. If you want more info, check out the LinkedIn listing: https://lnkd.in/gqhZdVd7 And, to give a shout out to the best SE you know, tag them below and share the love 🥳🥳 I’ll start: Max Kohn 🔥 - captivated my attention for over 2 hours at a dinner in New York and now he’s my go-to for advice 🫡 #sales #salesenablement #workforcemanagement Duane Ps- I’m likely going to DM whoever you tag 😉 ain’t no shame In this recruiting game. Good people know good people. Lets get it.

🚫 Stop hiring specialists! 🔄 Instead, try this: Hire a generalist with a proven sales framework and a specialized team. These digital strategists focus on sales, and they don't charge for the quality of their output—they charge for the outcome. 📩 DM me ‘DOC’ and I’ll share a guide on how I did it for FREE!

Choosing the right culture is really important
Support within your org? It's everything. Here's why 👇 When speaking with candidates, I often get asked: "Tell me about the culture on the team." I love this question! 💙 Hiring managers / recruiters, use this moment. Paint candidates a SPECIFIC picture. I give real examples. Like these two: 1️⃣ Sales team example Our sales team has around 4 meetings each week. 2 of these are specifically AE meetings to review calls, go over challenges, and give each other advice. 2️⃣ CS team example Our Customer Success team meets 3x / week to discuss new product features, go over customer calls, and learn about anything new happening in our industry. 🤝 This high-collab environment? It naturally raises the performance bar for everyone. 📌 Friendly reminder: You can have high performance WITHOUT the ego. We're growing over 3X YoY at Motion. But that growth? It's all about culture. Getting the right people. Into the right roles. High EQ. Low ego. -- 👋 P.S. Want to work with us at Motion (Creative Analytics)? Check out our careers page! More coming soon.

🎯 Top Tips from a Go-To-Market Recruiter 🎯 As a GTM recruiter, I’ve seen firsthand what makes candidates stand out and what companies are really looking for in their next sales leaders and CRM implementation experts. Here are a few tips for anyone looking to excel in the GTM space, whether you’re a candidate or a hiring manager! For Candidates: 1. Know Your Metrics: Numbers don’t lie. Be prepared to talk about your sales metrics, customer success rates, or any KPIs relevant to your role. Show how you’ve moved the needle! 2. Tailor Your Story: Beyond numbers, connect your experiences to the specific challenges and opportunities within the GTM space. How have you helped companies enter new markets, expand customer bases, or improve implementation success? 3. Stay Curious & Coachable: GTM roles are fast-paced and ever-changing. Demonstrating a growth mindset and the ability to adapt will set you apart. For Hiring Managers: 1. Define Success Early: Clearly outline the key results you’re looking for and align on metrics that will indicate success in the role. This helps you and the candidate see a shared path forward. 2. Focus on Cultural Fit: GTM roles require strong collaboration across teams. Look for candidates who align with your company’s culture and can work cross-functionally. 3. Evaluate Potential, Not Just Experience: Especially in fast-growing companies, someone with the potential to learn and grow can sometimes be more valuable than someone with years of experience. Final Thought: Building a strong Go-To-Market team is about finding the right blend of skill, experience, and mindset. If you’re looking to hire for sales roles or need support, feel free to reach out! Let’s build impactful GTM teams together. 💼 #GoToMarket #RecruitingTips #SalesRecruiting #Hiring #GTMRoles #CareerGrowth

I recently stumbled upon an interesting insight. It turns out, resumes with hyperlinks to company websites under their experience section seem to have a slight edge. Imagine skimming through countless resumes and then spotting one that lets you instantly learn more about past employers with a simple click. It's a small detail, but it can make a big difference in showcasing your experience. Just a little tip from my HR journey to yours! 🌟 PS: I am hiring for Associate Product Manager: https://lnkd.in/gdtqhbzF #ResumeTips #JobHunting #HRInsights #HR

It’s annoying to put in an application for a job you find here, only to be ghosted. It’s a whole new level of rudeness to ghost me when I was introduced via direct referral, for a Senior Director role, and when I have a prior relationship with the company’s head of Customer Success. And companies wonder why applicants are disgusted and turned off with the entire process? The job listings are full of “jobs” that aren’t actually hiring, or are actually scams. We have reached the #enshittification of #hiring. PS: want to know which company it was?
