Don't abandon your LinkedIn profile after getting a job! I know people who only use LinkedIn when job searching. But once hired, they ghost their profiles. Don't make that mistake! Keep your LinkedIn active year-round. When you need it most, an abandoned profile will come back to haunt you! LinkedIn has SO much more to offer career-wise when you show up consistently
The year I got serious with LinkedIn was when after I interviewed for a job I later got a notification thaty LinkedIn profile was viewed by my interviewers. This was after ghosting my LinkedIn profile for years. I eventually didn't get the job but I got the conviction to show up everyday on this app.

Yea when you get a new role that's when you put your foot on the gas. What you learn on the job is what the industry is all about. When you create content on that...you're probably going to be creating your own opportunities soon after.
