Regretly force myself to post this. Everyone says LinkedIn is best plateform where you can look/find and get your desired jobs. But it's only rumour, wordings, not in reality. Indeed, required person are just getting ignorance after applied thru links/email I'ds. Even sent several followups or reminders, Result remain same, as NOTHING.* Reason, Recruiters, Agencies, Peoples trying to act as recruiter. Astonishing, their desires only getting likes, and raise their follow on their posts. I think they're not aware this is LinkedIn, not Facebook or Instagram. Need to educate them to come out from that mindset. Because peoples are getting heartbreak by their fake post, loosing hopes from LinkedIn, and Resulting negetivity spread out for linkedin community.

So everything I read talks about the importance of maintaining your LinkedIn profile views, which basically means get page views.. 🤷♂️ I am not exactly sure the best way to accomplish this, and I really do not feel like re-posting something I posted weeks ago. I dont think LinkedIn really has emplyers, or even the job postings are real than rather a profile safe for reference!!!! Let me see those who have jobs and connections were from this platform... In the comment section

I know you might not be thrilled about LinkedIn, but let's face it - it's necessary in today's job market. And I hate to break it to you, but most of you have a less-than-stellar LinkedIn profile. No offense, but it's time for some tough love. Here are a few reasons why your profile might be falling short: 1. Your Contact Info tab is empty. How do you expect anyone to reach out if your email isn't even listed? 2. You think adding your website link in the About section creates a hyperlink. Spoiler alert: it doesn't. 3. It's obvious you haven't updated your profile in ages. You might live in New York now, but your profile still says Nashville. I get it, LinkedIn isn't the most exciting platform, but it's how recruiters and potential employers are going to find you and validate your credentials. So, as much as you might want to ignore it, you can't afford to let your profile suck. Take some time to spruce it up, and you'll be one step closer to landing that dream job.
