Great webinar today led by Dalton Boyd Isbell. Found these stats to be very interesting. #PSMS starts with an inward look at the culture you keep. A safe work environment is about more than just preventing injuries or the spread of disease, it is about making employee well-being a priority within your organization. A safe workplace is one where employees feel secure. They feel valued and enjoy a safe space, company values, and a positive co-working environment that encourages respect for everyone.

For International Safe Places to Work Day, Lawrence Walsh, MD at There Be Giants has shared his expertise with Flexa on embedding psychological safety in the workplace. "In simple terms, psychological safety means colleagues feel able to bring their whole self to work. It’s the difference between waking up and looking forward to going to work and anticipating your work with fear and worry." This is one of the key building blocks for every workplace - and it's what enables people to be creative, innovative, problem-solving, motivated, disciplined and productive.
