I just completed Latham & Watkins's Intellectual Property Litigation on @[Forage]. In the simulation I was able to experience a simulated regarding the patent litigation for Latham & Watkins. This opportunity enabled me to analyse and summarise a patent to share with a partner and learnt the way to conduct research for art and how patents may or may not be valid. The experience was one of the unique way to understand about topics that I will further learn about during the course of my undergraduate studies, hence, providing me with more clarity for my future.
