It has caused an increase of 60% in revenues, exceeding $3B and reaching out the attention of a list-stars like Ryan Renolds or Michael B. I’ve always believed that leaders can learn massively from sport and can apply lessons learned in sport into their organisations. This article provides a brief insight to one of the most successful people in F1, Adrian Newey. The key lesson of which is summed up in this short paragraph; “For Newey, it is all about accessing the maximum amount of performance for the maximum amount of time.
