📚🏎️🏁Just finished reading "The Formula: How Rogues, Geniuses, and Speed Freaks Reengineered F1 into the World's Fastest-Growing Sport" and it's a must-read for F1 enthusiasts and business leaders alike! This book takes a deep dive into the resilience of those in the sport, its never-ending evolution, and the constant pursuit of innovation and boundary-pushing in F1 - challenging the very limits of physics. What sets this book apart is that it's not just about cars; it's a story of human ambition and overcoming challenges. The authors explore the sport's evolution from its elite engineering to its broader lifestyle and brand impact, challenging conventions along the way. They also highlight the dynamic shifts in F1's leadership and the ever-uncertain future of the sport. Beyond racing, the book offers valuable business lessons applicable across industries. It's a fascinating read that showcases the power of resilience, innovation, and overcoming adversity. Kudos to the authors, Joshua Robinson and Jonathan Clegg, for producing a captivating and insightful book!

Thanks for sharing this. I think I will enjoy reading that one. My son is now a huge F1 fan and only a few short years ago he knew nothing about the sport. They definitely have a winning formula. Take care,

Thanks for the recommendation! I am definitely one of those newer F1 fan converts thanks in part to Drive to Survive. But have since fallen in love with the sport. Will definitely add this on to my reading list. P.S. - Glad to see a different podium in Australia!
