Hextar Industries Bhd: Secures exclusive rights to bring Luckin Coffee to Malaysia. Many thanks to MB Advisors , who have supported and accompanied us on our way to this milestone. In total, the BlueRock Group's portfolio in the capital currently consists of 41 properties with 73,000 square metres of residential space and more than 100 commercial units. We will continue to be involved in the residential segment in Berlin and will further increase the number of flats in our portfolio by acquiring additional properties.
