Several companies in the UAE are willing to shell out bonuses to attract and retain talent, according to recruitment experts in the country. “Employers in the country and the region are increasingly using bonuses as a key tool to attract talent with some statistics suggesting up to a 35 per cent increase this year over 2022,” said Aparna Navin from Holcim Group. The comments come a week after Emirates announced a whopping 20 weeks’ worth of bonus to its employees on the back on record-breaking results. Earlier in the year, another airline FlyDubai had also offered its workers a bonus of 22 weeks’ worth of pay. #uae #dubai #companies #shellout #bonus #attract #retain #talent #recruitment #experts #keytool #money #statistics #HolcimGroup #recordbreaking #burjdiary #burjdiaryfamily

Wow, actual #peoplecare. This is what sharing abundance looks like rather than consolidating wealth at the top for the few. May more corporations with massive profits learn that kindergarten phrase, “sharing is caring.” This builds employee loyalty, retention, and strengthens local economies.

Emirates Resumes Dubai-Lagos Route [Transcript]: After more than two years, Dubai-based airline Emirates is returning to the Nigerian market, resuming flights between Dubai and Lagos after suspending operations due to revenue repatriation issues. Emirates' first flight back to Lagos is set for October 1, 2024, marking a key milestone for the airline and its Nigerian customers. This return will restore a vital connection between Nigeria and the UAE, facilitating travel and trade. The airline's decision to resume operations follows the resolution of the financial hurdles that had previously caused its exit from the Nigerian market, particularly the issue of repatriating revenues, which had affected several international airlines and led to reduced services and routes. Emirates' return is expected to benefit Nigerian travelers with improved connectivity to global destinations via Dubai and boost tourism, business travel, and economic exchanges between Nigeria and the UAE. Travelers can expect Emirates' renowned world-class service, convenient schedules, and a seamless travel experience. The reintroduction of the Dubai-Lagos route will enhance travel options for Nigerians, offering an alternative for those heading to Dubai and beyond. #PeaceStudiosAfrica #NewsNetwork #BreakingNews A Peace Entertainment Group (PEG) Cooperation (c) 2024 Watch Full Story👉🏾: https://lnkd.in/esz_6PQM
