As per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations, effective immediately, all companies operating in the United Arab Emirates, regardless of size, must adhere to Emiratisation targets. This marks a significant expansion of the existing policy, previously applicable only to larger companies. To ensure compliance, companies must strive to achieve the specified percentage of Emirati nationals within their workforce. Failure to meet these targets will result in administrative penalties, including a potential fine of AED 96,000. We encourage all companies to promote the hiring and development of Emirati talent actively. The MOHRE provides various resources and initiatives to support employers in this endeavour. For detailed information and assistance with compliance, you can visit the MOHRE website or contact relevant government authorities. Key Points: Emiratisation requirements now apply to all UAE companies. Companies must achieve specified percentages of Emirati nationals within their workforce. Non-compliance may result in fines of up to AED 96,000. Resources and support are available from the MOHRE. This official announcement emphasizes the urgency and importance of compliance while providing a clear call to action for companies to seek further information and support. #UAEEmiratisation #MOHRECompliance #EmiratiTalent #dubai #alert #business

🌟 Unlocking Potential: A Call for Fairness and Opportunity in the UAE Job Market Are you tired of seeing talent go to waste? It's time to address the unjust practices prevailing in some companies across the UAE. 🛑 Violating rights and skills: It's disheartening to witness companies exploit their employees' skills and knowledge while offering them meager salaries and lower-class visas. Every individual deserves a chance to showcase their capabilities, regardless of their connections or prior UAE experience. 🌱 Cultivating growth: The UAE's potential lies in nurturing talent, not stifling it. Do You Really Know the Differences Between GCC Citizens, UAE Locals, and Residents? Hey everyone, we need to address a major issue in the hiring process here in the UAE and other gcc countries in general. Many companies are confused about the differences between GCC citizens and residents, creating unnecessary complications. 1. GCC Citizens: People from GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia) can work in the UAE without needing a visa or work permit. However, many HR teams still ask for these documents. On job application websites, options often include "UAE local" or "visa holder." If GCC citizens select "none," it appears they need a visa, causing confusion and unnecessary costs. 2. UAE Locals: Emiratis don’t need special work permits or visas and have priority for job opportunities. While companies generally understand this, there’s room for improvement. 3. Residents: Expatriates who aren’t GCC citizens need a residency visa and work permit. Companies must handle this process properly. Why It Matters: Confusion leads to inefficiencies, delays, and missed talent. It makes companies look unprofessional and frustrates job seekers. What We Need to Do: Educate Your Team: Regular training on regulations. Streamline Processes: Clear hiring procedures.Improve Communication: Stay updated with regulatory changes. Enhance Documentation Practices: Avoid unnecessary documents and update application forms. Let’s close this knowledge gap and improve our hiring practices for a better, more inclusive workplace. #HiringPractices #UAE #GCCTalent #InclusiveWorkplace #HRBestPractices
