Next Level Women - The time is now. Women across Australia and Asia are highly educated and underutilised. Despite decades of determined effort, barriers that curb women's full professional participation remain. The data shows that diversity improves decision-making and business outcomes and that gender equity is critical to our national prosperity. Now is the time to elevate women so they can Step Up and Stand Out. That's precisely what we are doing with nearly 40 women from Salesforce AU/ NZ. In partnership with Alec Gardner from AlphaZetta, Anne Lytle and I are honoured to equip these great women with robust, science-backed tools and techniques so they can optimise their seats at the leadership table. Next Level Women equips tomorrow's executives. Our evidence-based program develops empathetic, confident, and influential executives who can tackle complex challenges and deliver better outcomes: >Influence critical stakeholders > Initiate difficult conversations > Negotiate deals that deliver > Strengthen leadership confidence > Build psychological safety > Sustain energy and wellness Learn more about this powerful program here: www.nextlevelwomen.com.au #womenleaders #womensupportingwomen #nextlevelwomen #womenrising1h

After decades of work - one thing is crystal clear to me: Businesses should have no barriers to women in senior leadership roles. • Diverse Perspectives: Women bring unique perspectives & ideas to the table which enhances creativity & innovation. Diverse leadership teams are better equipped to tackle challenges & seize opportunities with fresh insights. • Improved Performance: Numerous studies have shown that companies with gender-diverse leadership perform better financially. When women hold senior positions, they contribute to more balanced decision-making and drive stronger business outcomes. • Talent Maximisation: By removing barriers - businesses tap into the full talent pool. This ensures that the best & brightest - regardless of gender- have the opportunity to lead and contribute. It’s a win-win for the company and its people. Creating a barrier-free environment for women in leadership isn't just fair—it’s smart business. Let’s champion equality and unlock our full potential together! #BusinessFundamentals #Celinear #WomenInBusiness

SVP and Head HR/ICF Certified Coach/ 2X TEDx Speaker/ Economic Times Young HR Leader/HR 100 under 40/Author/National President- Future of Work/#possibilitariangauri
Why is equity required? We should only talk about equality. I hear these from many. But do you know that globally women hold only 19.7 per cent of board seats, 6.7 per cent of board chairs, 5 per cent of CEOs, and 15.7 per cent of CFO positions? As of 15 September 2023, there are 26 countries where 28 women serve as Heads of State and/or Government. There are still leaders and "Women Leaders" "Women leaders" as long as we continue with this term, we are taking away leadership from HER Most of the time, this discussion gets polarised. Let’s move focus from gaps to bridges While acknowledging the disparities and biases that persist, let's celebrate the incredible impact women are making and explore how we can best support their continued ascent. How can we support the journey of women leaders? Amplify their voices: Share their stories on social media, nominate them for awards, and advocate for their expertise in relevant spaces. Challenge unconscious bias: Actively call out instances of gender bias, promote inclusive language, and champion equal opportunities for all. Create mentorship and sponsorship programs: Connect aspiring women leaders with experienced mentors and sponsors who can guide and advocate for their career advancement. Promote flexible work arrangements: Support work-life balance for all employees, allowing women to thrive in leadership roles without sacrificing personal well-being. Invest in leadership development programs: Provide targeted training and development opportunities tailored to the specific needs and challenges faced by women leaders. The goal shouldn't be just about gender parity, but about creating a world where everyone has the opportunity to lead and contribute. That's a future worth building, a future where diversity fuels innovation and progress. What more you are doing to support women? #possibilitariangauri #leadership #dei #hr

Today marks International Women's Day, with the theme of Inspire Inclusion, bringing women in leadership to the spotlight. From the baristas to the bosses, women take leadership roles at every level of Bennett Hay. Inclusivity is not always commonplace in London hospitality, where only 11% of women hold senior managerial positions. Bennett Hay bucks this trend. After 12 years of leadership, owners Robin Hay and Anthony Bennett paved the way for a predominantly female leadership team to steer us forward. Managing Director Zoë Watts said: "I'm lucky to have been supported throughout my career by some very inspiring and forward-thinking leaders who saw the benefits of offering women opportunities to adapt and develop their roles so that their careers could advance alongside their family commitments. By its very nature, the hospitality industry is wholly adaptable, and I urge all to consider how we can apply this to embrace the overarching theme of IWD 2024 and "Invest in women: Accelerate progress." Zoë is joined in the leadership team by Culinary Director Candice Webber and HR and Wellbeing Director Claire Huish. The three individuals make it clear there is no glass ceiling at Bennett Hay, and all employees can look up the career ladder and aim high. Indeed, the future looks bright, with women winning the titles of Culinary Rising Star, Guest Service Rising Star and Coffee Connoisseur at our recent annual People First Awards, plus a 60% female skew across our Managers. Women dominate the broader hospitality industry. Similarly, this gender split should mirror the business at all levels. So today, we pledge to Inspire Inclusion, just as we have been doing for years. #IWDInspireInclusion #InspireInclusion #FemaleLeaders #InternationalWomensDay2024
