Zero cars, hundreds of cups of coffee — our Stelvio Bike Day Recap ☕ It's a day marked in bold in many cyclists' calendars: The Stelvio Bike Day frees the most scenic alpine routes of all motorised traffic and leaves it to thousands of cyclists conquering the Stelvio Pass. This year, we were able to join the event on-site and our team provided the riders with a little caffeine push for the final elevation meters. To keep it short & sweet: We had a blast! Tips for drivers sharing the road with cyclists: ⚠ When exiting your vehicle, "open right to see bikes": Reach across your chest with your right hand to open your car door & turn your head to look behind you for approaching cyclists. ⚠ Give cyclists at least 3 feet of space when passing (and check your state's specific laws for guidance). ⚠ Slow down, drive sober, and pay attention!
