👏 A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for today’s Monday session! Today, we shared what worked and what didn’t, explored the QOTD: If you could take a month to travel anywhere for your work, where would you go and why?, and set our intentions for the week ahead. Our members opened up about their wins and challenges from last week, leading to some fantastic discussions. One member said she’d head to Harvard to reconnect with a program she worked on earlier in her career, excited to return to the hub where it all began. Another dreamt of Italy, eager to learn from masters of food presentation and photography. We also had members looking forward to Egypt and Greece for spiritual connection, while one member was torn between Bali, India, or Australia for her Yoga Nidra training—though India seemed the front runner with her Sanskrit background… just to name a few. Don’t miss next Monday’s session—it’s the perfect way to start your week with intention and the amazing support of this community. Keen to get involved in our upcoming events? 🌟 Time truly flies when you have good conversation! ✈️✨ Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting an incredible individual during a flight. She used to be a crew member at Emirates for a decade, and now she's been deeply into yoga for the past 7–8 years. 🧘♀️ Originally from Hungary, we got talking because she was reading the Bhagwat Gita. I asked her what she liked about it, and she shared that it brings her peace of mind, balance, and guidance on dealing with life's challenges. 💫 We also discussed the loneliness that can be felt when starting a new chapter in a fast-paced city like Dubai. ''Even if you have 2 real friends, that's enough rather than a large circle.'' It takes courage to start over in a new place, she said, and I couldn't agree more. When I asked her how to be confident, she offered me some valuable advice: • Work on it every day - confidence is not something that someone has or someone doesn't.. it's something you have to build by working on it every day. 🌟 • Completing challenging tasks - be it a course or an exam, boosts your confidence. ✅ • Trust your inner voice - Trust your intuition, listen to others, but ultimately, make your own choices.✨ • Say positive affirmations - Daily affirmations can empower you. 🤍 • Sometimes, take a day off to recharge and believe in a productive tomorrow. 🌈 I truly believe that the best conversations happen with strangers while traveling. Even though you may never meet them again, the impact and memories last a lifetime. 🌟 #TravelConversations #MeaningfulConnections #EmbracingWisdom #learningeveryday

It's finally here! We are privileged to officially announce the "Next Step Retreat" at the Jumeraih in Bali from the 26 - 30th September. "Look at this retreat as your journey for further self discovery. All too often I hear women saying that they see reaching out for help as a weakness or they may feel vulnerable or inadequate in doing so. Particularly when, in many cases, they are leaders in their fields. I am here to tell you it is the exact opposite. Reaching out and being a little vulnerable is the first step and a sign of strength. The self-talk of I cannot take the next step because I am too busy to stop, or my family is reliant on me, I don't have the experience , I am not good enough , I don't have the time - all of these are excuses are no longer serving you. Repeat. They are no longer serving you. If you don't do something, everything will remain as is. I urge you to carve out this time, bring a friend and get ready for your next step ." Marlene This retreat is designed for you and perhaps a friend to participate as little or as much as you like. It is an opportunity to carve out some time and space for yourself, to reset, recharge and reenergise. The programme is designed to provide you with an opportunity to take the time to PAUSE , reflect on where you've been, where you are going and what you truly want - Your dream career and your ideal life. At the collective, we have secured the best experts across all areas you could think of in mind body and business ,and, at the retreat you will have the opportunity to speed date with each of them one on one. We know women like you do not have the time to go out and research for multiple experts , and in some cases you don't even know where to start looking. Thats why we've done all the work and have them all in one location . You will follow a set programme and workshops and hear from Marlene, Guest Speakers, embark on morning yoga, the most indulgent spa and of course, delicious meals and a fabulous wine list:) Spaces are limited, so act fast! Head to the link in our bio for more details and to express your interest, or simply DM us. #retreat #bali #nextstepprogramme #experts

I'm on the road again! It feels like a busy season traveling for clients and professional development for me, but all worth it 🤩 I love being on site and in person with coachees and colleagues, but I am sure to keep up my intention setting and meditation every morning. Even when I am short on time, I squeeze it in because it pays me back 10x every time! How do you stay grounded when traveling for work? #worktravel #executivecoaching #habitsforsuccess

The old you: - I'll invest in myself when I get a few more clients in the door - Going to a retreat is unrealistic for me - If only I could get a couple more clients - I'll keep this dreamy retreat as a 'future' goal The new you: - I'm investing in myself now, I know taking action gets results - I deserve to go on a retreat, and I know my business will prosper as a result - The clients show up when I show up The clients come pouring in when you make decisions in this way. This is exactly the process Niamh went through literally last week. She had my retreats as a goal. She reaaallly wanted to come. But she was talking herself out of it. Making it a future thing, instead of a now thing. So I asked her to see if she could find a new perspective. If she could stop listening to her mum telling her how risky it was. And remember that she is the CEO of her business, not her mum. She remembered that she is a CEO who wants to thrive, not just survive. So she made the decision a CEO who is here to thrive would make: - 4 days in sunny Ibiza - Daily yoga to clear the mind - Working on your business surrounded by likeminded women on a mission - Exploring, moving the body and connecting with nature - Meditations and Sound Healing to help you to relax, de-stress, rewire your brain - Living like a queen with chef prepared meals (ideal scenario for manifestation tbh) She booked the retreat. Then she sent me a message a few days later: "Opportunities have been flying in from everywhere!" That's what happens when you trust yourself and take action. Instead of holding back and waiting. That's when the opportunities fly in. So then, are you needing any more reasons to save your spot on my retreat and book that Ibiza flight? 🤣 Didn't think so. DM me RETREAT, for info. *payment plans are available, send me a private message to enquire.

𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤-𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐌𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 As we pass the halfway mark of 2024, I’ve been reflecting on my year. Has it been productive? Exciting? Balanced? For me, blending personal joy with professional growth has been key. Here’s how I’ve managed to balance a hectic lifestyle and endless tasks by integrating agile principles into my daily routine, focusing on what truly matters. Every year, I set up four must-have life events: 1. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚 Last year, we took a short trip to Singapore, achieving nearly ZERO SCREEN TIME (less than an hour in four days, mostly for Google Maps and taxis). It was all about being present. 2. 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 A major highlight was DRIM Global’s partnership with Forbes and the event we hosted together, taking my career to new heights. And this year we are on the way to the next milestone. 3. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐰 I joined a mastermind trip with my girls' Laoban club, stepping out of my comfort zone and broadening my horizons. The new experience equals a new way of thinking and hopefully different results. 4.𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 This year, I visited my home country twice, enjoyed three ballet performances (I studied ballet for nine years), had a girls' trip to the Maldives with my mom and daughter, snorkelled with whales and dolphins in Sri Lanka, and completed over 100 workouts, runs, and lymph-focused exercises. These four pillars help me stay balanced, motivated, and, most importantly - fulfilled. How do you ensure a balanced and fulfilling life? 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱 👂𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝘄𝗶 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲?🤔 If not, you're in for a treat! Kiwis are people from New Zealand, and they have a unique perspective on life that's worth considering. Unlike other cultures where people are often consumed by their work and the pursuit of material possessions, Kiwis value balance and prioritize their mental and emotional well-being. They know that life is short and that it's important to enjoy it with their loved ones and take care of themselves. Instead of obsessing over status symbols or trying to keep up with the Joneses, Kiwis focus on what's truly important - family, friends and personal fulfillment that makes them happy. They know that these things are the foundation of a happy and meaningful life. They take care of their minds and emotions, just as they would take care of their bodies. That's why they often can be found outside of the house, tree-hugging, spending time in nature, having active lifestyle, practice meditation and yoga to help them stay mentally and emotionally fit. The Kiwi attitude towards life is a refreshing change from the hectic pace of modern living. It's a reminder to slow down, appreciate the little things and take care of ourselves and those around us. Make your move when you are ready. I went to Barcelona recently. It was a surprise birthday present trip from my two best friends. I was drained and really needed a break, so the trip came in at just the right time. We had a fantastic time, good food, good wine and it helped me to really recharge. But besides giving me the time to rest, my friends also dragged me for a morning run and yoga and kicked my butt for slacking. They reminded me about prioritizing my health and well being just through their own example. We have probably all heard that we are the average of our 5 best friends. So think about it for a moment - who are the 5 people you spend your quality time with? What are they like? What are their values? What do they believe in? All these things are important because they affect your life. Creating a circle of inspiring friends isn’t just a choice - it’s a lifestyle. Your close connections influence your mindset, aspirations and overall energy. By choosing friends who embody qualities you admire, you are actively shaping your own path towards greatness - whether that is in your personal life or career. So be wise who you invite into your circle. P.S - Still on the track after the kick in the butt from my besties 😊 #network #highperformance #friendship

Yoga Retreat: Here's what to expect in unpredictable weather conditions. The weather was cloudy and unpredictable rain. I organized a yoga retreat despite the uncertain conditions. ✦ Explored the venue. ✦ Created the perfect schedule. ✦ Designed personalized experiences. ✦ Ensured clear communication. ✦ Sought participation. I was excited about the retreat. But here's what happened: ✦ Unpredictable weather disrupted outdoor plans. ✦ Equipment had technical issues. ✦ Late arrivals disrupted the flow. ✦ Unexpected wildlife encounters caused chaos. The peace I wanted was hard to find. Distractions were many, and focus wavered. I felt disheartened but pushed forward. Lessons learned: ✦Understand weather forecasts before planning. ✦Know why you're hosting and who it's for. ✦Consider what participants gain despite weather challenges. ✦Realize some struggle with weather changes. In outdoor retreats, weather matters significantly.
