Let's get real about DEI! Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion aren’t just trendy terms—they’re crucial for building workplaces where everyone can thrive. But here’s the thing: a lot of organizations say the right things, but when it comes to action, they fall short. Quick fixes won’t do the job. DEI work is challenging because it’s all about people, and people are wonderfully complex.
