It has been an enormous privilege to work with him. I am very pleased he has agreed to remain a consultant to the company, where we can continue to benefit from his experience and insight. “In addition to his role at Blanket, I would also like to recognise his important position in the Zimbabwe mining industry in which he commands deep and wide respect for his achievements over a long and distinguished career. “Along with my colleagues - past and current - I wish him a long and happy retirement.”

Woow, woow, woow! Well done Mr Mangezi for your outstanding performance. Thank you for the knowledge you imparted on thousands of individuals who passed through your hands. I am one such individual whom you mentored and up to now am proud to have been your student. I have no doubt that those who dared to listen, internalise and implement what you taught are all 'shining' wherever they are. Will not forget the statement that became synonymous with you; "IT IS WHAT IT IS". Well done, enjoy a well deserved rest and God bless you

I recall your Waterfall management style that brought strict accountability and firm results. Your presence at the Mine mangers meetings in the 1990's always brought a sense of "we are moving in the right direction" atmosphere.

Congratulations Mr Mangezi.Your efforts to the organisation will go a long way.
